Can we get some Answer as to wth has happened to DC enchant rate?
I play on a different host (UgameHome) and we are experiencing the same problems as your players with Dragon Crystals, I used 88 Dragon crystals just now, Started at +5, ended on +4.. Highest i hit was +7 (once)
I am on Perfect frag II and have used well over 100 Dragon crystals so far and got no where, WTH have you done to the rates? i think your customers deserve an answer? or at least a fix for this blatant issue!
