GM i have a problem renewing my VIP, i currently dont have VIP on my char but when i tried updating it , it says bill has been updated but i still dont have VIP, i tried to click on VIP again and it says on my account , As VIP membership is currently still active on this character you can't renew it at this time.
what will i do? i cant file a ticket either it says it needs transaction number, where can i find it? i havent received an email too regarding the transaction i made
