I post here because i can't submit a ticket to the support center. It says something like "Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!"
I tried and tried again. I never succeeded.
Here is my problem :
I've bought some crystals and even tough (in my R2) the payment has been approved and completed, i never receive any crystal and goods.
My ticket number is 24730
My order detail is:

Product:1000 Crystal (+Bonus Items)
Price:$9.99 USD
Status:Completed
