I am saddened by the fact that at one time I had leveled up character under each classification to over 25 on two different servers and was just starting to get where I could easily enter the dungeons, when I got sick and was unable to play for a while. Then I forgot my password and before I knew it, a year had passed since I last played. 
Now that I have reset my password, and I am in a position to play regularly again...I find that all my characters are deleted and I have to start all over. It would be nice if I had sent me an email asking me if I wanted to delete my membership and given a timeline to respond in before this happened. Now I have to start all over and I'm reluctant to spend any real cash on the game just in case I end up in the hospital again.
