    Its about time the "good" folks behind the ticket system start reading the tickets and stop giving out scripted responses after merely glancing at them and start taking the issues more seriously. i filed a ticket today and basicaly said "someone logged my account several times today while i was logged in. i have a brand new pw and char lock so nobody could possibly know it, ive just changed both of them again. can you please look in to this for me?"

    they said please refrain from logging in thru illegal sites and change your password. ok first off idk *** an illegal site is nor would i trust something outside of R2 and i clearly just stated that i have changed my pw and char lock twice. i can guarantee you if i didnt post on forum or respond to that ...that... i cant even call it a response and im at a loss for words cuz im so ****** off, that they would automatically close the ticket after 28 days bcuz i"they havent heard from me". how god damn stupid can you be seriously! i dont know what the problem with the ticket staff is but im pretty sure a buncha monkeys could do a better job so step it up. youre making the company look absolutely retarded. and dont call yourselves support elves, youre the exact same group of support TROLLS we've had all along.
