In my opinion, the rebirth drops from Exelorn Nightmare should be made into a quest only drop, as you only need it once, and it's a nuisance to have to pick it up and get rid of it every run, as it wastes a good 7 slots >.< And this way, you'd only get it if you need it, and once you're done with it, it won't show up again.
