error with the passage of the blitz(the zodiac and normal quests)

I have already lost quite a few awards because of this bug and the developers do nothing
Who will compensate my losses as of the zodiac and blitz portal
And why is it so happens that all other standards and only some of these problems are not being addressed ?
I ask correct the error as soon as possible so that we all could equally play and get pleasure from the game and not to spoil your nerves
