Here we can see that your level 62, and your on 2/50 loop quest for the day (Purchase Rosemary)


Here is your second screenshot, The date is the 4th of november (First day of tycoon)
Here we can see that your level 62, and your on 2/50 loop quest for the day (Purchase Rosemary) Coincidence maybe?


Here is your 4th screenshot you posted, The date is the 5th of november (Second day of tycoon)
Cogratulations your quest bar is showing you reached level 63, next quest available at level 64 !!!


Now my question to you, is you hit level 63 on the 5th of november, How is it you are level 62 on the 10th of november?
With the exact same loop quest as you had on the 4th?
