Is recharge 1 diamond reward 1 time deal?

Guys, is this normal? I haven't recharged today but my reward for 1 dia recharge in Christmas party says collected.... I did made a free offer yesterday, it that only a 1 time deal?

Made free offer as usual yesterday. Not sure thought the event might be bugged to let you collect without recharge today and I might have not noticed I have collected it.....

Question : Have both of you recharged yesterday? It may have to do with the fact that once you recharge, you can collect it the entire event ( same as Halloween ), or it's a bug.

I had mine become collectible even though I did no recharge or free offer.
