Consuming regaining

As you can see there is written that need to spend 200 enchanted ore..i've done it..still can't collect.. Or is it just typing error? but then rewards is too small for 2000 enchanted ores..pls fix it

The event says already to spend 2k ore.
If you had 2k ore and spend them ( in one day ), you should be able to get the rewards.
I don't see what can the problem/bug be here.

Hi guys! I know what the problem is here...



As you can see in the above example it says I spent 980/2000... when I really "used" well over 2000... somewhere in the proximity of 2400



The above example shows how many you can allocate (it says I have 0 now because I used them all). This is the amount the Hot Event is counting only.



The above example are the ones not being counted as "spent". I had over 1000 already queued in a couple of armor pieces and it did not count them as used.

I hope this helps... also, do I need to send a ticket for compensation? or is this going to be enough?

on 69 we also have the same as janipo ... wasted 200 ore for nothing ... no way i will use 2k for those crappy rewards.
