Dear Mods,
This is a bug that cropped up few days ago and since then I've been losing lots of battles.
The problem is most of my heroes use their skill Level 1 despite having high level upgrades.
Few heroes aren't affected but majority are, causing stuff like IRB to break down, and its very annoying.

You can clearly see, despite my Supreme Oracle having Upgrade+32, she increases rage+38 for entire party, corresponding to skill +1.
Heros getting affected:
Supreme Oracle,
Silver Queen,
Fire Queen
I have also filed a ticket, but still I raised it here; because I want someone to follow it up.
This issue had come to few of my friends in server and it got ignored due to which they quit playing.
Please look into this. I will be happy to provide any details.
PS. I noticed just now, there is another behavior. As soon as main casts skill, all party rage falls back to 0. I tried changing main's skills and its same.
