World Boss Cards no show and Gauntlet Failure on Kongregate S1

As it says, after the bosses were killed, the cards did not pop up, I do not have a screenshot for this, since myself and everyone else just left.

Gauntlet failed completely, the dragons did not spawn, only one mob and after the ww died, we were kicked out of gauntlet. Tried re-accessing it, but it says gauntlet is over.
