Graphic cache/cookie download

Why i need to download TD, inferno and world boss everyday? Each time i enter world boss in this week, i need to redownload graphic everyday. I dont have high speed internet connection to download everything before world boss start and it making me fall 4 - 5 turn behind everyone. Anyone have same problem? I fell like graphic cache are reset everyday right now... Please fix this. Its not fair to people like me.

Everyone has to. It's really annoying particularly in dungeons and TA....at least add skip function so we dont have to go through the whole thing...it's not fair
