Cross Server and Beach Treasure

Hello all,i'm StormHaw at s63. After merge,our servers s63 and 65 has some bug.

First: Beach Treasure. All players has problem whit point in Beach Treasure,all has gone for ever..

And [GM] VetZagan tell us to post at forum . But another question,if all has gone,nothing. How can we prove that we have those points?

Second: Cross server not work...

And the icon from cross serv has gone...

Beach Treasure unable to collect until now.



As of now, we are unable to collect our winnings for today and overall for the Beach treasure event. Please assist.

S26 beach event

HI,

Our server merged today and I cannot collect the prices of yesterday and overall from beach event now.
Nothing seems registered when i check the list.

please fix this.

Beach treasure reward cant collect after the server merge at server 66 & 70. Pls fix.

Same here, all points are missing so we cant buy stuff from the point shop...

The event ended

The vent has ended but I'm not able to collect anything cause all points are gone ... and i Had 20k ... so lost yesterday and overall rewards!

What they meant was that the hot event associated with the events daily scoring, disappeared while there was still 12-18 hours left in the event itself.

And while on the topic of missing hot events, there was a Dragonsoul Conquerer event at server refresh, but now it has disappeared after only 6 hours as well.
