since the merge of server s16-s19 an s13 we are unable to claim our beach rewards i got 2nd place with 8k points an waiting on my 300 seraph stones an an also i got rank 19th on the daily ranks. please fix this problem ingame name Hotdog also there was no beach rewards in my mail an it wasnt sent to my bags either i checked.
