Lost wedding box because update of nothing

Hello i lost my wedding box what i did open with 200 vouchers and what i suppose to get out of it wedding shard garb because you did update game and nothing you did. I want back that wedding box because i am close to get wedding garb armor and now its gona just make 1 day more because your stupid mistake of bugs!! And i cant open again wedding cuz it doesnt allow me. Fix thise **** and give me wedding box
