I have not received my Ranking reward for the World Cup Wagers event. The COLLECT button is grayed out, the items are not in my inventory, nor do i see anything in my mailbox. i placed 97th in the event. I am on Kongregate S1. Ive opened a trouble ticket with no response. I also have opened a ticket with Kongregate.
