Inheriting or bonding?

I want to know which way is better to lvl up an angel? In this case for Nyssa.
Example one: Bond Nyssa with all your angel tears.
Example two: LvL Up any purple angel to lvl 30 and pay the inherit cost of 5 angel tears and inherit it all to Nyssa.
Which variante is more effective and cost less?
On my server they prefer example two. But I think it's less effective because you will loose always 5 angel tears because of the inherit costs.
