Epic gear rage issue ?

Ok so as i can see i got all parts on my main hero Godly. If i have a part of my old 70th's set on i get the bonusses from it , if i take it off the 25 rage and the rest are gone . Is that normal ? or what ?

If anyone has any idea please let me know Cus then you start the fight with 50 rage which is .. ya... I know you can get rage emblem i usly get to have 100 at the start .

I guess it is ... since its the same on CH servers so i guess if we want to have them we gotta have 1 pice of the set on
