Dodge Nerf or not?
Just wanted to ask if i am outdated on smth or what, is it possible for hero, not main char, but thats the same, with 10k ish hit rate, soot not even 10k to hit me with 21k ish dodge? Is that possible and what are the chances because 10 out of 10 attacks in CoM sry to say this but panda with not even 10k hit hits me 100% in than 10 fights. Am i gone crazy or what?
