There Should be a Trade option between Players of the Same guild, they can Trade resources even they can exchange heroes too,
2 possible attempts or they can buy more attempts by spending Diamonds more they can also exchange by paying an exchange fees
this idea could be more purified and enhanced to be workable for the game.

Lol i hope they make a poll first or rather not make it possible at all, lol Trading system will make this game imbalance, especially the top cashers if they end up helping the low level players, especially if that low level player is in their guild.

one fatal flaw to this is that people will make new accounts, get stuff during events, hold on to it and when transfer time comes they now have double of everything. One way to attempt to road block this is with an IP filter. Players would not be permitted to send stuff if it is between the same IP address, in addition if the same IP address has ever been linked to multiple accounts it should follow the same procedure and not allow transfer, which also discourages the lending of accounts between players ^_^
