Congrats! Giving us this GAMESCOM event is by far the worse thing you ever gave us. If you didnt recharge over at least 10k dias and consumed 30k dias, you will be unable to even exchange the easiest option.
I'm not sure why you guys even put out events like this. Sure your focus is on people who spend $$$, but to completely ignore the low spenders/free players is just plain moronic.
I waited for the last day, hoping they change the HE and give others change to exchange....but noooope.
