Why do you disagree that it's a bug? Give reasoning behind your statements.
Is it because it doesn't say that rage doesn't deplete after a skill usage?
Well does it say anywhere that a skill uses 100 rage? It just says that it activates at that mark. And considering that on the chinese version it takes all the rage after a skill usage we could consider this a bug. Not to mention that when I reported it a moderator said that he'll report it and he didn't say that it's how it should work.

saying that qing is abusing the rage bug is quite hypocritical , since your BR clearly shows that you did capitalize from it !!! watch your replay closely !!! and who cares if other players are copying him, i don't , most players like myself 1st saw the rage build from him !!! and aren't all our builds copied from some1 else?

not really, he is taking advantage of a bug to get more rage than he should, while mine is precise. Nereida=33 rage, astral =+40 main=27. As for the claw build, had a stronger than him before he got his , except I kept some pieces on my main to delay not annoy my server too much (has a lot of cashers)

i've always use normal/advanced, only save when the + is higher than -.

so far got my valk to 11k for ele, and still getting + using normal

Yesterday got a -3 -2 -3 on the same hero. Haven't been able to update for 20+ attempts (even though it's x10 elem crystals, it's still on the first level)
And on my claw I got to lvl 5 on each with about 80% success using x10
