Its too unfair for those people who reached +11 already in hero upgrade so please put +11 to +12 too please

the system make for new servers. those old server can just manipulate it by upgrade heroes not in party

It's not unfair, you had the chance to claim the rewards when you're upgrading your heroes to +10+11 too.
