based on my thoughts you should be allowed to do it even if your out of attempts but if your out attempts you don't get anything in return its just if you want to help someone else rank up or finish their attempts those are my thoughts on the whole you can do it without attempts but you gain nothing return but the feeling that you are helping someone do something
