it been announced the pre req to get the angels , for aoede u need recharge any amount of diamonds and some easy tasks , amora 5k diamonds recharge , use auricon and easy taks . last Mikaela recharge 20k diamonds , spend 10k , x2 S inferno and sacrifice 800 seraph stones , all on same day . so much hype for nothing

I know Dragon crests are what you get from Team Arena, but how do you sacrifice them? makes no sense unless you have to spend at least 100 in the arena shop.

It's Probably similar to the hot event we have now with sapphires. you will have an event with the 4 tasks, and each task gives you a topaz, or a ruby, or a diamond, or whatever. one of the tasks will simply be buying the gem, like you bought one of the sapphires with 100 vouchers.
