Hero Skill: Poseidon's Vengeance - Consumes 75 Rage to cast. Deals (70% Basic ATK + 1200) DMG to all enemies with a 25% chance to decrease target's Dodge rate by 12%, lasts 2 turns. Increase 7% Hit and Crit for Poseidon, lasts 3 turns (effect stacks up to 2 times).
