1) The new R2 support page does not work on all the browsers, it keeps resetting so unable to create ticket. Reported month ago the issues in JavaScript, no change, so still using the old ticket form on old support page, which has not prefilled fields from cookie, but works. Similar issues as Xsolla payment which uses Chinese payment address, so we use the old store address with US address instead.
2) As the desk.com stopped sending us the ticket #, I am glad that support people still asks us for missing ticket #.
- either send us approved ticket # (it is hard, as Salesforce reduced number of free emails from desk.com)
- or look inside your system, desk.com allows originator send
