I think that VIP level should be extended or even just make an "Advance VIP Level" section. Then have some type of formula to determine success rate of obtaining rare items from chest such as mounts. I am finding it insulting that free members are getting more mounts than I am paying to get. I'm just returning to buying Spirit Covenant and crypt keys because after a few months and hundreds of dollars later, I have not obtained a single mount. Some type of formula needs to be put in.
