Will Destroyer with penetration

There is a new astral Summer God, which has Critical and penetration. Like a Critical counterpart to Holy Gemini or Pieces. Can you please add a similar astral for Enhanced Will Destroyer ("EDW") users? As it now stands EDW users cannot develop penetration to the same level as crit players. This effects game play balance. No amount of additional Block stat will overcome this advantage of additional Penetration stat at high levels. Thanks
