Several of the tutorial messages you get when certain conditions are met just don't need to be there after a certain period of time. For example, I don't need the game telling me to improve my battle rating every time I lose in arena or versus a crypt boss. I don't need to know that I have enough VIP tokens for a spin on the wheel, I open my inventory enough to see exactly how many tokens I have several times an hour.
Separating them out may be difficult, but some of them should stay, like when your farm is ready, when guild tree is up, when your VIP Gift Pack is ready for pick-up, etc.
I suggest a category in settings to individually turn off each type of popup message. Let us keep the ones we want to see, while turning off the ones we don't care about.
