The Black list system on this game needs to be adjusted so you can actually black list someone. There are always going to be people on every game that will cause issues and the best option for most people is to use the black list, unless I am missing something wartunes BL only affects PM's. Which allows offensive people to make the game intolerable for others. Is there any way to solve this issue? Every other game I have played online you are able to black list people in world chat, guild chat, common chat, and any other form of in game chat. Why not here?
