How do some characters have so much HP?

Hello, i'm sure this has been asked somewhere before, but just as the title says, how do some characters have so much hp?

In guild i've seen a player lvl 49 with 44k hp Archer Lvl 40 legendary full set, while i'm lvl 48 still at 14k hp as a Mage 4 piece lvl 40 set. Difference in HP armor stats is 1461 hp in total. He has a 4 lvl 4 HP gems and 2 lvl 5's, while mine is at lvl 3, but that shouldn't make that HUGE a difference, only 2740 hp difference.

And lvling academy Hero Hp says only increases by +20hp per lvl (mine being at lvl 30 = +600, His is probably lvl 49 = 980 hp, only a 380 hp difference, so im wondering, where is all that extra hp coming from? levling the guild skill "Endurance"? Or do some characters have bigger HP boosts when leveling?
Or is there some other way i'm not aware of? Just wondering where this extra 30k hp of his is coming from. For me it just doesn't add up.

Hope someone can explain it a bit more to me.

Don't think you can have that below lvl 55 though.

Yeh most HP comes from higher lvls (50/55+). Sylphs and Fate give a big chunk.

Fate level: HIgher fate level fate = more HP

Don't think you can have that below lvl 55 though.

I'm at 101k HP at lvl 70 atm .

HP % added from troops as well...he could have lvled it.

Also PAN sylph gives a huge chunk of HP and the sylph HP gets added to the characters HP too

But not at level 49...

Class: Knights and Archers get a static passive class HP % bonus. Mages do not.

The Guild Skill Endurance will provide 8K HP if maxed.

Wings: Provide a basic bonus to the primary stats, starting at 2%: PATK, MATK, PDEF, MDEF & HP

Mount: More mount strength / higher level stables = more HP.

Fate level: HIgher fate level fate = more HP

Soul Engraving level: increases the effectiveness of your gems. Higher level = bigger return on HP gems

Refines on gear: It's possible to have HP and endurance as refines on gear.

But still 14k HP at 48 ?
