    So my R2 account being set in USD, my cookies and cache having been cleared, the tracking in my browsers being turned off so they SHOULD have no idea what country I'm in, it having been 5 days since they said it would be 48 hours to get fixed, this is good customer service?

    Xsolla support has been very supportive in this transitional period and they are working very hard at making sure VIP subscriptions are transferred over with as few issues as possible. Some issues do pop up during these changes, but we're confident that Xsolla has the payment methods and support that players want and need.

    Thanks again for stopping by with the information, Andrew. If anyone else has issues with activating their VIP, just open a ticket and the fantastic Xsolla team will make sure you guys get a timely resolution.

    It's still cupcaked, how can it be so damn difficult to charge US$7.99 like the damn window says?

    So much for the message Xsolla support gave me on Saturday that it would be resolved within 48 hours.

    Obviously, there is a lot of hostility on this issue. I have been VIP for almost as long as I've played the game. I'm now considering how I benefit from it. At the start, not having to wait for construction was worthwhile, but now that I'm all maxed out there is no benefit there. I can't use soul crystals, tokens are almost worthless because I have never seen anything useful drop except 500k gold and even that is a dubious benefit given the cost of everything when you are at lv 80. Looking for something I can still use. Don't waste my time with skeleton keys, fate stones, crystalloids, and crystals I can't use or scrolls for stuff I already learned. How about giving us something we can use to get another Eudaemon, upgrade a sylph, or better yet something that helps me get more holy forge attempts? The game has changed a lot since I started playing and just giving us the same old stuff doesn't work for me. Just saying...

    tell me why R2 is only accepting payments through known unsafe paymentsystems like pay pal, is that because they have connections with a hacker group so they empty out our bank accounts??
    or more likely they wanna charge us for VAT and not pay any buy using uncontrolable systems.
    I dont like the huge paymenst for buying things ingame , where R2 is using the casino methode to ripp people off, and the only thing you could buy without getting that feeling was VIP but R2 dont gives a **** about her customers ,for all i can see the answer i got from Esme is same as saying drop death, its shorter but still the same.

    You're not on monthly renewal atm. You'll be able to renew once there are 30 days or less remaining.

    Well I tried to resubscribe one of my accounts which the VIP had expired on, but while it will let me recharge with Paypal, it insists on doing a conversion to NZ$ before charging Paypal, and it's the most rip-off exchange rate I think I've ever seen. Why not just charge through the $7.99 as per usual and let Paypal do the conversion, or is it just another rip-off racket for R2? With three accounts to do, I'm cupcaked if I'll bother.
