I maxed out my Stars! What next? its says level up character to LVL 1. to upgrade Stars to 1000?? WHAT DO THAT MEAN?

Yes I am at 1000 maxed however I don't understand how to go further there is no real clear directions and we need some English translations.Comment

You're at the max. You can't go further than 1000. Some messages in the game are poorly translated, or are referring things not yet in our version of the game.
