I miss a shot and no balls fall, it's just a missed shot. A missed shot with just a combination tap in and you don't quite tap it hard enough to tap the object ball in. It was a side pocket stright in. They call it against me and the other guy had the next shot. It should be. That's the game. What isn't right about the game was they gave him ball in hand, because no balls hit a rail, which cost me the game. If I would have hit a rail my next shot wouldn't be as good. MY BALL WAS NOT INTENDED TO HIT A RAIL. The only time ball in hand should be allowed is on a scratch shot. A scratch on the 8 is a loss. An open table after the break is if no balls fall or both a big on and little one fall. If you break and and only little one falls, your stuck with the little ones. And please keep those shovels outside. Don't bring them to the table.
