Big problem bug or whats

I try all day join the game but nothink halpens, just loading and nothink, whats problem can be, i use phone and chrome EXPLOER, before i play on s1 and one day i just cant join in the game with same problem, i creat other on s5 playing 5 days and just now have same problem on s5 whats problem pls help, spend money on that and lost gems and more rewards. HELP

Or just pay money for nothink and its shame on you, no one fix servers, yoi open other servers not fixing first, how you can sleep, get money and no one help, why you do that, so bad this bug, more update more ***, fix game before stsrt other servers.. OR GIVE BACK MONEY WHAT I SPEND FOR THAT GE AND THINKED I CAN PLAY, BUT NOW NOTHINK, NO ONE CAN ANSWER..

I can tell you the game works fine on PC, with both Chrome and the R2 Client. As the games being offered on R2Games.com are intended to be played on a computer using either a browser or the R2 Client, we can only recommend trying to access your character using a computer if you're having trouble while using your phone.

If you have tried using a computer and are still unable to log into your character on S1, while being able to create new characters on other servers, I recommend sending in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support where staff can check on the ability to access your character.

I try use other account and all working if i use new account but if i try use this one not connecting writing loading and nothink, why this can be? I dont wanna play from new account i spend money and i wanna keep this, and my pc is broken cant play on pc, thats why i play on phone and before i play its be all good, but now 3 days i cant join

I have the same problem on server 1 - petnix1946 - level 118 - support message sent but still not working even after clearing cache and other things that they suggested. just fails to complete loading, assembling assets.I have spent a lot of money that I do not want to lose.
