I can't ascend my hero, it says hero deduction failed, it is in my lineup it says. I went through everything and took it out of my lineup. I even tried to use my extra heroes, I have 2 or 3 more copies of that hero and it still says, it is in my lineup even using the copies.

Double check that she's not showing up where it says Lineup when you click your Avatar in the upper left corner. If she doesn't, double check every area where you set a formation to fight in, not just the hero panel. If she's not showing up anywhere, and so shouldn't be in a lineup, you'll need to contact support at https://www.r2games.com/support and see if they can take a look at that for you.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
