    It says on alliance help...
    "12. If leader did not contrib. withim 5days"...
    I mean, he left 9-10 days ago we have an alliance with 3 active members and that's It, I don't mind playing with only 3 allies, but without a leader or deputy we can't participate, upgrade, or kick inactive players...

        It's possible the leader hasn't actually been away as long as you think, or the game doesn't consider any of the remaining members to be core members. You can either give it a few more days to see if there's a second trigger for the passing to a core member when there's no deputy, and then send in a ticket with screenshots that show your leader meet the criteria for #12 and the issue will be forwarded to the devs, or you can move to an active alliance.

          OK, I'll wait some more time, but I am, positive the last day our leader played was the day after the cross-server battle, we fought together at the event, he had 2.8kk bp, and he took the1st place, the next day, I check out our alliance and I saw that he had some points in daily contributed, also he had the highest contribution in our alliance exactly 1968! and he keeps that exact same number as well the same bp!
          The next weekend, if nothing changes, I´ll take a screenshot and post it here!

                        After submitting the ticket, a new "box/page" appeared and it says something like, within 3 days I'll be contacted by email!

                          You've gotten 2 replies to your ticket. One that lets you know they'll forward it on to the devs, and one a week later asking if the devs have fixed it for you yet. The replies were sent to the email address you typed into the 'email' field of the ticket form, which seems to be missing one letter when compared to the associated R2 account. If that missing letter means you don't get the replies from support, please submit a new ticket, and double check the spelling of the email address you type in, to make sure you get replies.

                          In your new ticket, tell them you did not receive their replies to your original ticket due to a typo in the email, and that yes, you do still have an issue with the inactive alliance leader.
