I am playing the game on PC, some areas are not available, for example, I cannot open the port, if I do not have the port, I cannot produce lumber.

Did you complete the quests to unlock the Commercial Port? Also, this seems a bit advanced for a basic resource like wood. Wouldn't the Wood Processing Factory provide you the resource you're looking for?

I am asked to open the commercial port to upgrade the wood processing factory to level 3. I am at level 60 and when I tap on the port it says it is not available.

Cans are a neighbor requested item, and I don't know if this version has neighbor requests. I also don't know if cans are found anywhere else.
