1. S1~S68 will be merged.

Server Merge Rules:
Account Cleanup
Accounts meeting all the following conditions will be deleted:
1. Character level below 200;
2. Did not log in within 7 days before the merge;
3. Total recharge amount less than $0.99.

System Data Handling
1. Arena: All previous data will be cleared, and a new Arena will open.
2. Rankings: All previous ranking data will be cleared and reset.

Event Timing Adjustment
1. After the merge, event schedules will follow the main server's opening time.
(For example, if Servers 1–5 are merged, the schedule follows Server 1's start time.)

Note: After the merge, players can still log in through their original server entry using the same account.

Is the merge why my character S.67 Julia_HALE was reset to a new character, level 1, given random name S.67 GARRISON?
Took me since May of 2026 to nearly reach level 1300 and the entire character is gone. Don't really want to start over right now.

I put in a support ticket, then found this forum.

Server merge has 3 requirements to be met for character deletion. I only met 1 (not recharging $1.99 or more). If you require players to pay a certain a mount to maintain access to game, put that information clearly up front. Issues like these are why I refuse to pay money for stuff in so-called free online games.

It's a nice idle game to distract from hustle and bustle of life.
Not worth playing or putting time into when a server merge erases your character after near daily logins for several months and being level 1280+.

In future, if decide to delete a character, game should present a message as to why upon character login. Include remedy mechanism in case of error.
