Maintenance, required to reboot the physical servers and apply any bug fixes or patches from the developers, can take from 1 to 3 hours, but could be longer or shorter depending on any one of many circumstances that can be responsible for maintenance being longer or shorter, since technology will take however long it takes sometimes.
