How do I report someone for harassment? I am being relentlessly abused and harassed by someone named Beelzebub. The attacks are constant and I want him banned.

Sorry for not seeing this until now. The forum is pretty broken, so I have been heavily recommending Discord.
To report someone for harassment, specifically actions that go against the Terms of Service, you can take screenshots of the offending actions and send them in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support. You will be advised to block the player if it is a chat interaction, and if a block option exists in the game. You would need to document any further action, as these cases rarely lead to a ban but never lead to a ban on a first offense, if an offense is found.
However, if it's just being attacked in a PvP area, that's not an action that goes against the Terms of Service.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

Using the information provided in your first post, I was able to have your ticket located. It seems they have only received one screenshot, and that screenshot does not show any rule breaking. They have asked for screenshots or video that support your claims. Please attach all relevant screenshots in a reply to your ticket.
Also to note, if the game has a block/ignore function, you will be expected to use it. If the game does not have a block/ignore function, you'll be expected to not interact with the other person at all and to submit screenshots if their behavior continues.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

For others who stumble across this thread seeking assistance with a similar issue -
If there's an ongoing issue with another player, and despite utilizing the ingame ignore/block functions the person is still a problem for you, please take screenshots documenting the situation. Screenshots need to include the whole chat, to show the response was unprovoked, the date and time, and character names. Unprovoked meaning the behavior started without any interaction prompting it. That means if someone is breaking chat rules toward you, do not respond, do not engage.
One screenshot of an argument between the reporter and the reported player is almost never never going to result in any sort of punishment. Please don't tell support you have more screenshots - add all relevant screenshots to a ticket. This can be done at the creation of the ticket, or they can be attached to or linked in the email when you respond next.
You, as the reporter, may not be told of any punishments issued against the other player. They could have received a mute as the first offense. If the behavior continues, then continue to provide screenshots that show the date and time and the full chat to show it is unprovoked in a ticket. If the ticket is more than a week old, send a new ticket. Punishments do escalate, but staff needs to be made aware of what's going on to take action. There is no backend chat log for them to look at.
If the chat offense is severe and you feel laws are being broken, which includes threats to ones person, please contact your local law enforcement agency. Times are changing and internet threats are being taken more seriously by law enforcement than they were a decade ago.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
