Because not everyone is experiencing this issue, and so they can't reproduce on demand. They need to look at your character data to find what's getting hung up and then fix that for each person having this issue.

Hi, i also experienced this, it was caused by the game update to version 4.2.2
I use Chrome, i fixed it holding CTRL + F5 and clearing the cache and cookies and it loaded finally

having the same issue, restarted computer, cleared cache...
