    Note to the dev's. fix meph's account. It's been broken over a week now and you haven't done anything to fix it and he's paid over $500 towards his game account.

    Meph's account has been partially fixed as of last night (12/29/2020) Still waiting to see what fully transpires. At least the dev's now appear to be taking this seriously.

    Will update with more info as it progresses.

    Meph's account has been repaired to his satisfaction. Only took them 3 weeks, but he's back and playing.

      No, they play on Kong (main acct) but we have submitted help tickets with screenshots, posted in discord, complained on the in game chat and everywhere else we can. Trying to get their attention any way possible. The chat mods are fully aware and are complaining too but so far no fix. Other people that have paid real money into the game (including me) are getting increasingly frustrated because if this can happen to one person it can happen to all. This is not the first time this has happened.

          Several of the skill trees reset to 0 (no progress) and the dev's either will not, or cannot fix it due to botched backups and no compensation has been made to try and remedy it.

          ID = MEPHIBOSHETH

          Ruthan (chat mod) has been staying on top of the help ticket(s) and asking the DEV's to assist and they have done nothing to fix this issue and it's been over 10 days now. Meph has been playing for a long time and is a regular member of the chat community. LOTS of other players have been getting more and more upset that this issues is not getting resolved.

            It sounds like Mephibosheth is already on the most direct path for assistance. I can try to see if someone at R2 can utilize one of their contacts after the weekend, but beyond that there's not a whole lot I can do.

              That would be greatly appreciated!

              Anything that can assist in getting the message through. Me and several other players have put in tickets through the actual bug report portal in game as well. *crickets*
