I bought 2 packs within the same game, not from the r2games site. They were never delivered and the support doesn't give me any answer, but they charged me from my paypal account. It's all a scam? they don't deliver what they offer and they don't answer for the money.

Assuming your statement just means you made 2 in-game purchases but did not receive them, if you didn't get a response from support it's either because support didn't receive your ticket, or it's because the ticket system didn't properly send you the reply. If it's been more than 3 days, and you don't have your purchases, then if support did receive your ticket then it's probably waiting for a follow up reply from you.
The solution to both issues is to provide me with the email address you used in the email: field of your ticket, so that I can have support check that they received your ticket, and if so then send you their reply directly via email. You cannot post your email address on the forum, and private messages on the forum are broken. You can attempt to send me a private message with just your email address, so that it will display in the first line as I will only be able to read the first line. Do note, the private message system is broken - you will receive an error when you click submit. Ignore the error message and close the page. I will not be able to respond to your private message, and will relay any information about your ticket in this thread. The last update on your case was on 6/17, and said your order is showing as delivered. I responded to them from another ticket that I did not receive that first purchase or another one I made later. Both appear debited from Paypal, and I even sent them a screen of the inventory I have where it is evident that the items are not there. In addition, on the R2games website, when you look at the status of both purchases, they appear as “Incomplete Order”.
