My first attempt to load the game on Firefox did produce a black screen. I refreshed the page and the game loaded right up. The game loaded immediately while using the R2Client.

If you are still getting a black screen, please try switching to a different browser or to the client if refreshing the page doesn't work for you.

Normally, I mind when games are ported from mobile to web while maintaining the same mobile screen size, but this one doesn't require a large screen since there isn't really anything to scroll. I don't hate it. Good game for people who are into interactive idle games, but aren't interested in playing mobile games. Obviously not going to be a game everyone enjoys, but same can be said about every game.
