Ace trainer required.

To level up Trainer Qualification in Trainer Certificate, at the bottom of that page it says "Level Required: Ace Trainer" as in this picture number 1.
So I go to my 'Title' section and notice I already have "Ace Trainer" title as is shown in picture 2.
Is there something I am missing or is the game tooltip wrong?

Edit: I found the answer on discord, Ace Trainer is not the title but it is the "Road to Legend' list of things to do before you can proceed. This button is bottom of the page near the Team and Trainer buttons. For me I need to get to level 120 then I can proceed. This is for anyone else that has the same question.

I asked on discord and got the answer. You need to complete the "Road to Legend" which is not a title. It's at the bottom of the page near Team and Trainer buttons. So for me I need to reach level 120 yet then it's all good. For anyone with the same question, this is your answer.
