What is your R2 UID? You'll find it on the banner at the top of the game screen, and in the upper left corner of the home page https://www.r2games.com/ It's all numbers. I can use that number to ask support if they can locate your ticket. Was able locate two tickets under your username email. They've both been responded to, please check your email inbox. Sometimes support reply emails are not received to emails with a .country extension.
