Why more of my Pokemon went to BP = 0?

While i play Pokemon Mega many of my Pokemons at lvl 1 to over 100 get 0 on it stats = Atk, Def, Helth.

Can you help me get the stats back to normal , please.

Yes , and it goes worst. My 2nd team with Pokemons lvl.81-102 have now BP = 500-4500 only. . More then a half of other Pokemons lvl 1-36 have BP = 0.
Look at my account on S 1593 with name = PacoBG..
Sorry, but I invets 200 $ + 40 $ tax for this account as you can see at my Order history.
Plz , HELP me get back my normal game.

I haven't seen any other reports posted publicly for this issue, so it may be a good idea to send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support with your screenshots so they can take a look at your account.

Hi again, MemoryLane. As you recommended I sent ticket to Support team with more words and pictures. Here are the screen shots to you , too.
Bad news - i still have no real answer and my Pokemons still in broken BP except my main Home TEAM.
Can you ask them for faster actions?

As you were advised in the reply to your ticket less than 12 hours ago, a report has been submitted to the developer to look into the issue you are having. They asked for your patience, and will let you know when they have heard back on that.
